We're an Exchange 2010 SP3 and Outlook 2010. I have a User that contacted me after a laptop swapout with the following issue:Any email received in the inbox routes to the manually created 'junk' folder moments later. One of our Desktop folks said they deleted the junk folder and the person stopped receiving email as far as I know.I didn't see any Rules set, but a long time ago came across a few mailboxes that required the following fix: applied that fix, but the issue remains. Any ideas on where to look next?
